We’re looking for an outstanding Coffee Shop and Bar Manager to lead day to day operations at The Waterfront.

This is a hands on leadership role for someone who understands how to run a high quality venue, motivate a team and create a consistently strong guest experience.

You’ll oversee service across coffee, food and bar, while helping shape the atmosphere, standards and culture of the business.

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Experience managing a premium café, restaurant or bar
Strong leadership skills and a hands on approach

What you'll be doing

You’ll be responsible for:

Preparing and serving a full range of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks
Following recipes with consistency, speed and attention to detail
Maintaining high presentation standards for all drinks served
Working efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality
Ensuring the bar is fully stocked, organised and ready for service
Supporting the wider bar team with service, customer interaction and table support where needed
Developing seasonal or signature drinks where appropriate
